Cleansing is an essential step in maintaining skin quality. However, some cleansers can cause feelings of tightness and discomfort. Effective makeup removal should eliminate impurities and makeup while respecting the skin's sensitivity. 

 CLEANSED, HYDRATED AND PLUMPED SKIN 

MELLOW CLEANSER combines a botanical oil fusion of jojoba, sweet almond and babassu oils with squalane and shea butter. This synergy of ingredients gently removes impurities and makeup while moisturizing the skin and supporting its skin barrier. Skin feels comfortable, soft and supple, with no greasy residue.

 A TEXTURE ENGINEERED FOR PERFORMANCE 

The balm-to-oil texture allows controlled application. Upon contact with the skin, the balm melts into an oil to gently dissolve impurities and makeup without weakening the eyelashes. When rinsed, it transforms into a milky emulsion for easy removal, leaving no greasy residue.

Its balm-to-oil texture melts upon contact with the skin and transforms into a milky emulsion when rinsed, making it easy to remove impurities and makeup.

PRECAUTIONS
A TEXTURE SENSITIVE TO TEMPERATURE CHANGES

The melting texture of MELLOW CLEANSER is naturally sensitive to temperature changes.

When exposed to high temperatures (above 40°C), the balm may soften and release a thin layer of oil on its surface. As it cools, its texture may solidify unevenly, resulting in the appearance of small grains or white marks.

Prolonged exposure to cold temperatures may also slightly alter its appearance, making the texture more grainy.

These natural changes in appearance do not affect the balm's ability to melt upon contact with the skin. During application, its melting texture is restored through massage.


A TEXTURE THAT TRANSFORMS UPON CONTACT WITH WATER

MELLOW CLEANSER is formulated to transform into a milky emulsion upon contact with water, allowing easy rinsing without leaving any greasy residue.

This characteristic explains why its surface may turn white when exposed to moisture, even in small amounts. This can occur with wet fingers, a few drops of water, bathroom steam or condensation.

The water on the surface mixes with the balm, forming a thin, milky white layer through the same process that occurs during rinsing.

This whitening is a normal reaction of the formula and does not indicate a product defect. However, it is important to prevent water from entering the jar to preserve the quality of the balm.


STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS

To preserve the quality and texture of MELLOW CLEANSER, a few precautions are recommended:
  • Scoop out the balm using clean, dry fingers or a clean, dry spatula.
  • Apply to dry skin, then add water only when rinsing.
  • Store the product between 5°C and 25°C, away from heat and direct sunlight.
  • Avoid significant temperature changes, particularly in a car, near a radiator, on a windowsill or in the refrigerator.
  • Close the jar tightly after each use.
