It’s very simple: look for the word “Refillable” on the front of your jar. If you see it, your skincare product is compatible with our refills.

To ensure compatibility between the jar and the refill—and to preserve your product properly—our refills must be used exclusively with ENEOMEY Laboratoire refillable jars.

Our refills are not resealable. Using a refill without placing it into its jar could compromise the quality and effectiveness of the formula.

The rollout of our refillable jars through our retailers is gradual. Depending on the pharmacy and available stock, the previous jar may still be sold during a transition period.

You can check the list of stockists on our website to find another nearby pharmacy that carries it, or order directly from our website.

The rollout of refillable packaging across our product range is gradual. Some references are not yet available in a refillable/refill format. They will be added to our e-commerce website as soon as they are launched.

2. Remove it carefully.
