| WHAT IS INFLAMM'AGING ?

Inflammaging is a medical phenomenon known from diseases such as Alzheimer's or arthritis. Inflammaging of the skin results in a combination of different mechanisms that induce a vicious circle of micro-inflammations. A cascade of inflammatory responses causing an accumulation of cellular and molecular damage that is the source of skin aging: loss of tone and firmness, deterioration of the barrier function.
